Q. How do I best store Brandy Snaps, Baskets or Lincoln Bakery Pastries?

A. All Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment.
After opening - product should be stored in airtight containers.
It may be a good idea to include a note on 'the date' product was stored.
Refer to 'USE BEFORE' instructions on unopened products.

Q. How can I tell how big your products are?

Q. Can you suggest some ways to fill and use your delicious bases and products?

A. There are many serving suggestions featured on this website including special
filling and serving ideas for brandy snaps, baskets, sweet & savoury cases.

TIP: To fill Brandy Snaps with whipped or flavoured cream - use a piping bag or a
clean plastic bag with the corner cut off.

Q. Where can I buy Lincoln Bakery products?

A. All our products are available for catering and restaurant trades in special
bulk and carton lots, however a large range of product is also available for retail
purchase in most supermarkets. We are sorry to advise that no retail
(general public) sales are available from our commercial bakery in
Bruce MacLaren Rd, Henderson.

Q. Do you have any jobs available?

A. Lincoln Bakery employ a wide range of persons - from bakery assistants,
through warehouse and office managers. Occasionally a vacany will arise.
