REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We have a 3-Day return policy. This means you have 3 days to return your products if you had incorrectly ordered the problem.
The return must be in the same condition and returned to 34 Bruce McLaren Road, Henderson, Auckland 0612.
Damages & Issues
Please check your orders upon delivery and receipt and contact us immediately if there are any damages or issues. Lincoln Bakery reserve the right to determine the outcome of the damages. This maybe in way of a refund or replacement product.
Please note that Lincoln Bakery products are fragile whilst we do the best to minimize the risk of damages caused some minor damages are expected in transit.
Refunds will be given on all damaged on products where a replacement is not required. Partial or full refunds will be given depending on what is damaged.
