Lincoln Bakery's Story

Lincoln Bakery is an intergenerational family business based in Auckland, New Zealand. John Fraser and his son, Tim, have developed specialised baking products for 35 years for both grocery and foodservice markets in New Zealand, Australia and USA.

The enviable reputation the father son duo have built is based on their experience with a track record of reliability and long-term relationships with both their staff and customers. 

As a result, they are category leaders in tart and pie shells, brandy snaps and baskets and Filo Pastry. They are sticklers for quality and their specialist baking products are in demand by Executive Chefs because they can be guaranteed restaurant quality food.

Lincoln Bakery’s long history of doing what they do well, efficiently and to the highest standards  has continued to play an important role in their success.

Lincoln Bakery has a commitment to food safety as demonstrated by NZFSA, WQA and SQF food safety accreditation. It remains at the forefront of what we do and we continue to improve our process and practices.
